Properties :It occurs as a white, hygroscopic, crystalline solid. It is a molecular compound of sodium acetate and acetic acid. One gram is soluble in about 1 mL of water. The PH of a 1:10 aqueous solution is between 4.5 and 5.0.

Application: Mainly used as detergent in washing, blench in paper making, and electroplating, etc. For food grade it is mainly used as food additive, buffering agent, emulsification agent, and nourishment, and modifying agent, etc.
